This place left me in tears. I got a call today, the injection I have been trying to get from my shoulder since January got canceled on me with a week notice. What’s the point in paying all of this money for private when they cancel on you like that? I never post reviews but this is life altering in the time it took for me to get to this point. Just wait for public.

The staff are great but the online booking process is not what it says it is. After going through the hassle of scanning and attaching the referral I was then requested to phone to book the appointment anyway. An online frustrating and pointless exercise which I won't repeat.
Friendly, competent staff. Ultrasound operator, Angel, was a real angel; so caring; so professional!
