Took one week to review my wives paperwork took another week to schedule here and this is after the ER requested them to immediately see her. This places is awful

I have been a patient since 2017. My first baby, I was seeing Dr. Nancy M and she was good. Then my second in 2020 Dr. Aurand had taken over and he was SO Amazing!! Literally the best OB-Gyn doctor I have ever had. The first time he’d seen me he broke the ice with a joke since I had to have an exam done and it honestly eased the tension. My recent baby was May 2025 and he of course did an amazing job. I had to have a c section and he would check in me every day I was there. I can't say enough about Dr. Aurand, Michelle, and the entire staff – they are absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, the office team was always warm, welcoming, and efficient. I was seen quickly at every OB appointment, which made the entire process so much smoother. When it came time to have my son, I ended up being induced, and my experience at the hospital was just as wonderful.
