This location has really gone down hill over the years. The main receptionist when you enter this building is so unfriendly and unwelcoming every time you enter the building. Always seems bothered to have to do her job, just not a good look for the facility, especially being the first person you interact with when coming here. Most of the staff you encounter here just aren’t pleasant.

I had a lab order for blood work at the north campus. I went in early in the morning just after 7 am and had the worst experience ever. Rudy the man that was checking me in was EXTREMELY rude. He was just sitting in the office so I walked in to get “registered” he looks at me and says I’m not ready for you I would have called you back if I was. My husband and I went to get blood work and the receptionist was rude. She asked for my ID and my information . Everywhere you go tht should be confidential . She barked out questions trying to make me say it out loud for everyone one to hear. I finally gave her my ID and said my address is on that so I don't have to announce it. Then she states very loudly that they don't take my insurance. I said I wasn't aware of this and that my doctor who I just established with sent us here. The Lake Huron medical group center north campus the staff and Dr. G were very helpful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new physician.
