Theres a note that says if your 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled but they put you in a room and let you sit there 30-45 minutes before seeing the Dr. The Dr comes in, never introduces himself or even askes you what symptoms you have but tells you that you have a thyroid disease. Would not recommend!
Dr. Bhalla is top notch and very knowledgeable. He sometimes can be a little short with you and seem snippy, but I don’t think it’s meant to come across that way.
