This place is something else.... the waiting room waited about 10 mins. No biggie but damn. Now I've been waiting in this exam room for well past an hour from my scheduled appointment time. No care for patients time....
Only seen him 1 time so far but very happy with him He started me back on a very low dose of ozempic and he says we Will stay on that for a long period until I am happy to move forward.. very nice personality also
I was given an appointment for three months out. The receptionist put me on a cancellation list; I was able to get in within a month. Caring, wonderful people here. The doctor spent time listening to me, I’ve gotten great care here. Highly recommend.
The dietician Meagan is the only great thing about this place. The secretary Deborah is SLOW and even with arriving early to get checked in, she's still late, making me miss at least 15 to 20 minutes of my appointment. The secretary is constantly blaming a new system for being slow but the system change happened at least 6 months ago. She should be more efficient in getting patients checked in.
Absolutely amazing. Dr Bhalla is a wonderful doctor. His staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I also see Megan in his weight loss program. She is amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
