Had the dreaded tick coming from my jeep gladiator motor, my daughter heard it initially and called for a quote on what she assumed the problem was, received a call back quickly with an accurate price and had it booked in for an inspection to be sure she was right before parts were ordered. Inspection day they offered me a rental as they were able to order the parts and have the jeep fixed within a week (mind you this was the week of Christmas).
