My family used to love lake Hudson and we went there for years until covid. Ever since they no longer allow anybody from outside of the county to swim there. We call every year and they give some BS excuse as to why anybody outside the county can no longer swim there. First it was understaffing.. and then it was lifeguards this lifeguards that. Not a great experience at Lake Hudson. The lifeguards were super annoying, constantly blowing their whistles over the smallest things. Felt like we couldn’t actually relax and enjoy the water with all the unnecessary rules. The place itself was just okay—nothing special, and definitely not worth the hassle. Won’t be coming back.
WOW! Where to begin! Lake Hudson has been a family favorite for years and the amazing staff, lifeguards, and attractions make us always want to come back year after year! I feel as though they really have our best interest at heart! And not to mention the amazing water quality!! I also love looking at the catfish
