This address is not correct the shop is permanently closed. Drove 40 mins for nothing.
We recently switched pool service companies to Lake Houston Pool Supplies & Service when we had them replace our pool heater. Our pool has never been so clean or so warm!! Corey has taken the time to answer and show us so many things we were unaware of with pool ownership and maintenance. Definitely recommend them.
Set up an appt for last week. Didn’t show up and didn’t receive a call saying they couldn’t make it. I made sure to be home that day from work. I’ve called numerous times and no one answers anymore. Showed up to the store 3 times now during “open” business hours and doors are locked. Things happen which is understandable but no communication is poor business. Looking for another place to give our business to.
Are these guys still in business? The storefront has been closed and they have not answered the phone for several weeks. I went in one time, had a good impression and purchased some supplies. Now I want some accessories from the brand that they sold to me but I can't reach them. I hope all is well. Thanks for any insights.
