I just moved into lake house the office staff is great and the maintenance man Rodney is amazing he got great energy..
I recommend 3 people, plus I also completed an application as their website shows availability. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SERIOUSLY. Called almost two weeks straight, and they never answered or have the courtesy to call or email people back even after leaving voice mails. Any good reviews are a lie. Before you complete an application, I really recommend you to do it in person if they ever answer the phone. Lake house apartments is a very chill community the price is right the staff has changed and the new staff members are getting things done specially the new assistant maintenance supervisor Rodney he is on point.
I’ve been at lake house for 1 year this is a very clean and quiet apartment community and the new assistant maintenance supervisor Rodney is amazing he really knows his stuff. Fast efficient work.
