Do not go to this apartment, these people will never come to fix anything. The AC will never give problems. They will never fix it. I have been here for 2 years. The house is full of mold. Everything is broken inside. People do nothing. The yard is always full of garbage. No one can enter the yard.
First it started off with me calling to get information to lease a apartment, Alexis would be the one who would answer the phone at first with no problem (this before I paid my $50 application fee) for an available unit they had leased on their website. I called plenty of times, they would answer, then once I submitted documents and paid my application fee, I didn’t receive any updates regarding my apartment application within the same week, when I was told it takes next to be reviewed, then I began to call and Alexis would ... read more
This is a Nice place to live. However the people in the leasing office. Need more training on customer service. Especially the representative name (Patricia) In this area the customer service is Very poor . When dealing with the public , you must (First ) be able to listen actively. To what the customer or resident is telling you. Not be rude !!!! And cut them off. Only for the customer or resident to repeat themselves. And then you have the nerve to get an attitude! I had an issue with my bath tub with water staying in the tub after i would shower. Alex and Ariel can through and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate the quick assistance the great work they have done.
