FPL SCAM - PAYING FOR 2 UNITS ELECTRICITY!!!!! I discovered that my electrical meter was shared between two apartments, something that was never disclosed to me. When I questioned my $145 FPL bill for a 450 sq. ft. studio, the leasing office told me it was normal, despite me being away from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and keeping the AC at 80 degrees during the day.
