Every one of my buyers has been thrilled to own here. We’ve personally owned 4 properties since 2005 because this is the best lake West of Chicago. Perfect size for water sports and kicking back with a cold one.
Once my parents lived there but taxes went up and they moved out across the road. Left a nice self built home. But the assoc fee goes up every year almost 1 k a yr now. A lot of the neighbors moved out.
