Love this beach except can't have any alchohol beverages on it though. They do have a concessions stand has Matties Soft Serve Ice Cream.

This is a very large community in western Frederick County VA. Amenities include a lake, beach, very nice clubhouse to hold events and basketball/tennis courts. The place is well maintained and they have great activities for the residents at no charge. Excellent community.
