My little shorkie had her nails trimmed and a rabies vaccine last week. They did a great job! My girl didn't even flentch when the shot was given and stood very still with the nail clipping. It was fast and easy.

I have been coming to Lake Hickory Veterinary Hospital for a number of years with both dogs and cats, and we have always received caring, effective and timely services. Yesterday my dog even had a fabulous time in the waiting area, saying an enthusiastic hello to people and quadrupeds alike. Not surprisingly she wasn't quite as enthused about the annual shots that she needed, but she kept liking the medical staff anyway. The service isn't cheap, but well worth the money. You know, much like dogs and cats generally.

Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Doctor and assistant went over everything they were going to do before they did it (even offered an estimate of price). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone here has always been so good to my Nick and Daisy and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

My furbabies had never been here and were immediately comfortable here! They looked beautiful and happy when I picked them up. My German Shepard also was de-shedded and they did a great job! My Sheltie got a clipping and he looks wonderful! They got us in quickly too! So glad I found this place!
