What a waste time going here. Did not even get something to mange my pain, told to do to WYONG ED. Seems like a waste of government money also.
Went in for stitches. Apparently not seeing people from 5pm on a Wednesday (open till 8pm). Don't think they take walk ins.
Have never been met by a ruder receptionist, (young girl front counter) after being ignored for 3-4 minutes I was informed they had met their capacity for the day this was 2 hours and 20 minutes before there advertised closing time. I informed her I my son was presenting with croup (2 years old) she told me if I was concerned to go the emergency department, I said so do you want to consult the doctor?I was met by the response, as I said if your concerned go to the emergency department with a condescending time and smug look ... read more
Had a phone appointment booked for 12.30pm to get blood results. 5 hours later and still no call. I have called them 2 times, both times they stated ‘the doctor is running a little behind. They’ll start phone calls shortly.’ I understand running behind but 5hrs plus! Come on.
