Amazing experience! I rang the Urgent Care Clinic at 4.30pm and Shannon advised me of the number of patients waiting to see a doctor. She advised me to ring back between 5.30pm and 6pm to see if the wait was going to be shorter. I rang at 6.30pm and she advised me to come straight in, which I did. Dr Oluwatosin Hakeem Muraina The mannerism of this Dr is absolutely disgusting. After being rude I never even received my prescription leaving me without medication and needing to book another appointment
Great for Urgent care yes it’s a long wait and has tap water to drink. Clean place and fair amount of seating. But wish they would answer the phone during the working hours 9-5 pm and even why aren’t their a phone available to call for urgent care team for people that are coming afar and want to come in to check how long wait times etc.

Dr Chinonso Ndukauba rude and uncaring avoid him, went to urgent care to see Dr Chinonso i had bad cough and pain in my back where lungs are Dr Chinonso would not do a CT and was not going to give me antibiotics i became worse so went to a different medical centre and they straight away sent me for CT. CT showed collapsed lung.
