There has only been one time that I have been here where receptionists, nurse and the doctors were all friendly and polite. Every other time I have been to the urgent care the wait times are absolutely ridiculous, staff and doctors are rude. Doctors take a 20-30 minute break between each patient. One doctor in particular walked out of the room mid consultation to go flirt with the nurses. I only come back when I need a medical certificate.
Extremely unimpressed with staff who told us there was an hour and a half wait then, after 2 hours I asked how much longer and was told there were still 4 people in front of my friend who was clearly unwell! What annoyed me was so many people who arrived after him were seen before him and they certainly didn't appear ill at all so they couldn't have been emergencies! Young lady at counter was uncaring to say the least.
Says they are open - phones not answered. Urgent care - what a joke.
The misses had pain and was bleeding from the rear end. Her normal GP was booked solid for a week, and there was a long list already waiting for a cancellation. They recommended to go to Coastal lakes. I rang to find out the wait time. They said 2hrs. The hospital wait time was 4 hrs. So we went to Coastal lakes.
