Been living here a few years and nothing gets better. The icing on the cake was this morning when I went to get in my car to do morning errands and I had forgotten to pull it in the driveway and like all old people fell asleep so the management had it towed. In dire times we’re in, $181 to pick your car up 8 miles away, that they barely have for 6 hours is criminal. That is what I’ve been subjected to. HOA FEES AT THIS PLACE ARE TO KEEP PEOPLE OUT THAT THEY DONT WANT-HOA FEES ALMOST AS MUCH AS A WHOLE APARTMENT TO RENT. THIS IS NOT FOR RETIRED PEOPLE ON FIXED INCOMES. MORTGAGE COULD BE ANYWHERE FROM 2, 3, HUNDRED - LOT RENT OVER 7 HUNDRED - THIS IS DISGUSTING FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
