I'm giving this a 10 plus star out of five because of Alexus. She is sooooo amazing and cared for my dad. She always answered any questions I had in a timely fashion. If you meet her, you would understand how awesome she is. Even though they lost my dad's charger and didn't send him home with everything that was left in the cabinet, it's ok. I understand things happen but Alexus was outstanding and I'm super thankful for her. Lisa was very nice as well
My mother n law was taken to Lake Port Square Health Center for falls and seizures.LPSHC took excellent care of her and she loved it there not just for the care but always going above and beyond to make her stay comfortable I really think they are the best so far she even said she would go back but we are praying this is it with hospitals and nursing centers
HORRIBLE PLACE ! My Husband and I have no idea why Waterman Hospital sent us to this horrible place ? There is nothing here that we need. They refused to give me my Prescribed Valium. I have Severe PTSD and I am Bipolar. I hate being here and nothing here is appealing at all.
They have some of the best staff here unfortunately they really keep them short staffed but the care is great
My grandmother stayed at Lake Port Square for rehab for a couple of weeks, and she absolutely loved it. The staff took such great care of her, she felt safe, supported, and truly at home. The environment is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. She was so happy with her experience that she chose to move into assisted living here after her rehab stay. We’re incredibly grateful for the compassionate care she received and the peace of mind it’s brought to our family.
