Horrible place. They left my husband lay in his feces for 3 hours. The nurses are rude and snotty.
If I could give it a zero, I would. My mom had to stay there for 20 days for a broken leg. It was awful. I'd go there in the morning and she'd be lying in her own filth. I had to clean her up and bath her. She wasn't the only one. The poor woman next door had a BM and she was pleading for me (a visitor) to get someone to clean her up. No one to be found. I think the poor nurses did the best they could, but they are WAY understaffed. It was a hell hole. DON'T send someone you care about to this place. It was awful.
My uncle, J Yunker, a resident of Lake Port Square for 21 years was moved to assisted living and received excellent care. Praises go to Lori Wenzel and her staff.
By far one of the cleanest communities, I have had the privilege to work for. The grounds and building are always clean and kept in immaculate condition.
