We booked a reservation, on the website late on a Saturday night. At 7:25 AM on Suunday, we received a test saying that our reservation had been canceled due to weather. The thing is, we were not given a refund. Dawn told us that their policy clearly states no refund will be issued due to a cancelation because of weather. We were given a gift certificate for a future date. The issue is, WE didn't request the cancelation. They did. They had our reservation for less than 12 hours. Clean boat in good working order. Daniel was great with instructions. Would have been helpful to know estimated time to reach Dora Canal and also to watch for the tower to aid in navigation back to base.
Excellent ! Very easy rental process and professional staff who are completely thorough. Got out on the lake the trolling motor battery died called the office and they were so quick to change the battery and get us on the way. Highly recommend
