The boat rental was great. We would do it again. However we renting fishing rods which turned out to be a mistake. The rods are not kept up to a minimum standard. They should not rent rods if they don't wish to maintain them.
Tried several times to contact someone. They said they would call back. They never did. We tried 3 times. Very unprofessional and poor service. We rented elsewhere. Unable to book online-
Outstanding experience ! The pontoon was great. We had two young children with us and they went out of their way to ensure we had a safe and thrilling experience. Boating made easy. Explained the best fishing spots for this time of the year as well as the best sight seeing areas.
Online rental was easy to understand and the check in process was smooth and easy! We rented the bass boat, everything was in working order and it ran like a top. Would definitely rent from here again.
Kaylee and staff were super accommodating and friendly and the bass boat we rented had all the bells and whistles for fishing. Something I was nervous about as the driver was underwater obstacles, but I was reassured that there were none to worry about. This was a no-stress experience for my first time in these waters.
