Not happy with short staff and I see staff there overly tired and saying stuff to the staff about me don't like how I have to see my mom from 1:00 to 3:00 because people who miss understanding me

Don’t put your loved ones here!! Arrived day one at 10 am and at 6 pm still hadn’t received any food that day!! Family member needed assistance to move and wasn’t given a pendant and when asked for it told they don’t use those but could get one in a couple days. Same time another person’s pendant was going off as they’re stripping off their depends in my parent’s doorway. This is an amazing place. Love the atmosphere. The residents seem to be very happy. They have wonderful activities every day for the residents. There is always something to do and people to talk to. Very friendly staff. The meals are great and filling for the residents as well. There is always a snack available if the residents need one. Staff available 24/7. Great community of residents. I feel very welcomed everytime I walk into the building. You should definitely consider Lake Hallie Memory Care for your loved ones.
