Took my cat there the other day, she had gotten bit in the face by something. Got fast service and they had a doctor and nurse in. They cleaned its wound up. They were professional and had a doctor on a weekend when the one I tried just prior did not. I am grateful for that. Gave me antibiotics. Now for the negative - I don't know what is going on with this, but the first day / pouch had a pill, gave that to my cat.
