When my dog Nova suddenly became very sick and collapsed around 7:30 a.m. I rushed her to Lake Guntersville Veterinary Services where she was being evaluated by staff by 8:00 a.m. I can't express how grateful I am for the compassionate, professional care we received. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating during such a stressful day. We walked in with an emergency and they took us even though we had never been here before. Vet was super nice and knowledgeable. Love all the staff. They have treated us great. Even after all the trouble we have had.
Dr Martha was so very caring and compassionate about our pets health. She removed 4 teeth on our older Chihuahua Taco and she did well afterwards. We brought Taco back to her when we noticed a large lump around her neck. Without any testing Dr Martha knew it was an infection or lymphoma. She gave us antibiotics and steroids which would help either situation. Unfortunately it turned out to be lymphoma and Taco crossed the rainbow bridge on June 24th. While on vacation we needed to get care for our puppy. They not only worked us in quick but treated our baby with professionalism and kindness. He left with a wagging tail.
