BUYER BEWARE........JULY 2021. Does not deserve one star. ALL THE GOOD RATINGS ARE SEVERAL YEARS OLD!!!! Didnt get the boat we reserved, the next one was broken as the steering cable was broken. So we got a back up. Prop was broken, sent us out with no gas, trim didnt work, latches for canopy were broken, couldnt go more than 10 mpg so no tubing. Radio didnt work. Would give no stars but that's not an option. Arrived at 8am to pick up a Bentley Pontoon that seats 14. That wasn't available. Replacement was broken. Waited, for original boat to be picked up from,,,, somewhere.... The trim on the motor didn't work. The prop was broken. And the radio didn't work!?! Contacted them and was told they would get the other fixed it a replacement for us. So we started back toward the marina. Boat started losing power about 20 minutes into trip. If you plan on going real slow on the boat, then this is the place. Such a waste of time trying to go to different places on the lake cuz the pontoon engine speed is limited. I understand it’s probably for “safety” reasons but a complete waste of time. Rented a tube and the kids can’t even have fun cuz it was so slow. Wouldn’t recommend renting.
Would give it a negative star rating if I could, completely unprofessional and kept hanging up on me while I’m trying to ask questions about renting a boat from them
