Very unprofessional. Got a stat referral from urgent care for my daughters nose that is fractured. The doctor wanted it to be x rayed to make sure it isn’t actually broken or any other issues. KATHY THE SCHEDULER took it upon herself to tell me they are booked 3 weeks out and i should just go back through my primary care doctor. For what ? So she can wait even longer ? She was very rude.
