I have been here 2 years and although our neighbors are amazing, this park is a joke. No worthwhile amenities, only pickle ball court, shuffle board and club house. The price for lot rent is outrageous, I started out at $400 a month, now $938, in 2 years. The dock for fishing is a joke, canal is filthy most of the time. I would encourage you to find another park with amenities for your money. To costly for those on SSI alone.
