Nice quiet lake and has decent fishing except my last visit extremely being taken over by vegetation. DNR better do something fast or next several years you won't be fishing for nothing but weeds.
Beautiful lake. 2 mile mostly paved walking trail around it. 3 separate parking areas. Boat ramp. Frisbee golf course. Shelters. Playground. Benches. The lake got hit by a tornado 2 years ago. The city has done an amazing job of rebuilding the Frisbee golf course to even better than it was. They have replanted 100 trees to replace the ones that were uprooted. Good fishery active fish all day. Nice concrete boat ramp with dock. Electric motors only. Clean bathrooms including the stationary and porta potties.
