The billing sucks! They billing you from the hospital and then Lakeside Physicians bills you for a doctors bill. Neither of them communicate but the same company has both of them! Why is that? If we didn't see a doctor with lakeside physicians, we saw the hospital doctor. So if the hospital bill is taken care of because they have the insurance on file, then y'all's company needs to figure out how Lakeside Physicians can get that information as well instead of making it more complicated for your patients!! Doctors and medical staff were amazing. We were greeted with smiles and swift professional service.
Horrible customer service! I was transferred to voicemail twice.
The billing department was eager to help me and worked with me when I was hit with some unexpected medical bills. I highly recommend picking up the phone and calling when you have an issue or concern about your bill. I am happy to say my billing status with LGMC is taken care of and I have no worries. I truly believe they are working towards bettering their entire system for their patients.
