I have called two days in a row for over 30 minutes on my lunch break and it just rings busy. I am being billed for a service from July that was percent paid my insurance on August 12th yet I continue to receive a bill every month. This is ridiculous and poor management and billing department.

The billing sucks! They billing you from the hospital and then Lakeside Physicians bills you for a doctors bill. Neither of them communicate but the same company has both of them! Why is that? If we didn't see a doctor with lakeside physicians, we saw the hospital doctor. So if the hospital bill is taken care of because they have the insurance on file, then y'all's company needs to figure out how Lakeside Physicians can get that information as well instead of making it more complicated for your patients!!
