The nurses are scarce, the facility is very nice and clean. But its like putting lipstick on a pig. Bring a nurse with with you so you can find one.
The front desk receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. I asked her a simple question and she had the audacity to laugh at me over the phone. She laughs at a simple question, imagine how she treats the patients and family?! Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
My wife is being cared for by the staff in a very respectful way. They are very attentive to her needs and care. I have worked at a state hospital in Texas and a amputee ward in Japan while in the military. I understand the care that is expected by the patient and family. Lake Gibson is doing a fine job while they are short of help. I have been in many rehab centers and not one is perfect. I thank your organization and staff for the work that they are preforming.
