I have dealt with dental anxiety since I was a kid. Today I had a tooth extracted by Lake Geneva Oral Surgery, and it was the first time I've ever had dental work done that I felt comfortable during. The entire experience, from front dest through checkout was pleasant and painless. Kudos and thank you to the absolute top notch team.
These guys were wonderful made me comfortable, were very professional and quick. Nice, charming, answer all your questions with time and patience. I absolutely hate dental pain or the thought of going the sounds all of it. I chose to go under to have some work done. It was painless and proficient and not a single person wasn't smiling lol. If I have to go back I will be going back here.
This is the Best of the Best ! From the front office Reception Answering questions... Not Hurried or snotty pleasant ladies Thank you and the Oral hygienist so patient Kind and caring all of the staff . Now DR. HEINZ HE IS AMAZING!!!!! WAS VERY CALMING and made sure I was numbed not in pain. and Answered any questions I had He is the Tooth Fairy King !!! and may I say sweet. Thank you Dr. Heinz Highly recommend to all So Happy I chose them.!
