Friendly staff. The procedure went well.
This by far was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. In all I had 13 teeth removed in two visits and everyone in that office was wonderful. Took the time to explain all to me , they were kind and considerate. I would recommend them %. I thank God that I found Dr Richard and his wonderful staff ☺️
Dr. Richard had excellent bedside manner dealing with me having several complete mental breakdowns. Got my wisdom teeth out Monday, had a follow up Thursday, and he personally called to check on me Friday. Him and his staff were reassuring, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
Dr. Heinz and his team were amazing with my 16 year old son! My son has a severe needle phobia and they were all so patient and understanding and worked together to make the wisdom teeth extraction possible. The actual procedure was very quick and my son is doing really well now (about 9 hours later). Thank you all! I highly recommend this facility!
Very nice staff. I will always choose them. And they communicated well with my dentist:) im healing nicely.
