Sorry or not, an hour and 15 minutes waiting in the Summer heat/sun to return a boat is unacceptable.
I am very disappointed with the service at Lake Gaston Jet ski. I have been using them for numerous years. As you can see in the invoice, I requested a call to discuss the problem. I never got a call but then received a bill online. Afterwards, I called and asked for the owner or manager to return my call. I still didn’t receive the phone call I requested. I did speak to the parts manger, however, he had no answer as to why they could not return my call. They charged me for an hour service instead of contacting me to discuss... read more
