I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym in the Lake Gaston area. My family has a lake house here so we are normally here on the weekends. Well this weekend I forgot my key card - left it in Raleigh.The owner went above and beyond to stay in contact with me to assure I was still able to get my workout in. I am so extremely grateful. Nice clean gym to use during vacation. Was never crowded.
The Thursday morning small senior group fitness class at 9am is awesome. It fits any fitness level you need. The group is fun and so helpful. I love the way it can be tweeked by the trainer to challenge any fitness level to make it work for you. Anyone who is not sure if a class is right for you should come and try this one out.
I am beyond excited to start teaching yoga at the wonderful community gym!
This gym is a wonderful place to workout at when I'm away from home! So thankful that you guys are here and are very kind to be there on Saturday for guests to get in for a workout! Thanks again for having your doors open to the public for a doable price! Excellent gym!! Will continue to keep going when I am in town!
