I have been a resident here since March, 2023. My experience with Van Metre and the way they “resolve” customer issues has been non existent. First, I had an issue with my Internet loosing power because they have all the exterior plugs attached on the same circuit and if anything trips the circuit I loose power to my router. I have called multiple times and told them to put it in a separate circuit but they asked me to pay $250 for that. I refused and in the end they connected to the circuit for the basement lights.
