Be alert: the Lake Forest Park UW Medicine, Northwest Hospital and Medical Center has billed a "well child" appointment as a "sports physical". This cost $100. My son had not seen a physician for 2 years, and the appointment was for a routine "well child". I see this as a billing clerk problem but after 5 conversations with the office at LFP and the overseer (Marcus B. Patient Advocate) they refused to enter it as it was.
