I have lived here a total of probably 8 years it Is a great place to live. Paula and her team Work daily to keep this a community, from welcoming the kids back to school with donuts at the office to monthly breakfast for residents. There is a dumpster placed twice a year for residents to get rid of stuff. They work diligently to keep the community safe with cameras and keep the community looking good also. You tell there is a real pride of ownership here.
Do not move to lake Forest the management sucks first of all you got a moron manager who puts a speed bump at the top of a hill so when you stop for it or slow down you get stuck and can't get up the damn hell then every time you call and try to make a complaint she will threaten to cancel your lease like she did us when we had noisy neighbors you call and tell her stuff and she says oh go talk to them they're nice people no they're not not my job. Good folks, you feel safe. Lids respect the grown ups, no drama.
A lot of nice people live here..
Quiet, friendly, clean. Great place for families of all ages.
It's less of a trailer park and more of a community for old people.
