The pool is only open till 7:30 and close on Monday and only open for summer how sad. The weight room and everything else they mention only open till 5.oo

I want to again say how wonderful the staff at Apple Village is, in the recent snow storm they gave my mother a ride to the grocery store , helped get my baby sister to school, gave my family presents and food at Christmas , and helped find them assistance with building safe decks on their home. i have seen a lot of great things here and I just want to say Thank you!!!!!!!

I have family that lives in Apple Village and recently visited this community. They were having a ornament making party for the kids and the manager their helped my brother find employment to help out my family. they also have a great looking community and if I lived in Oklahoma I would live in Apple Village I am so grateful for the help they gave my family at Thanksgiving as well.

This is the most horrible place you could possibly live. The roads and community are poorly maintained. Sewage back up regularly and water is shut off frequently without any warning. Even the manager admits that there are several criminals living in this park. The rent was around $276 per month for many years. They have suddenly decided that they can charge us anything that they want for water and sewer and refuse to show the bill. I drove around this park and it is beautiful, The manager is great funny interesting and very informative. I have never lived in a mobile home before but she really helped me see how I could have what I wanted and save money with this home, I will be returning and purchasing a home from her as soon as I can get the down put together it is pretty steep that is really the only problem I have The homes are beatiful and the park is just very very nice.

This place is the worse place to live. I did a contract to rent to own and two months after I moved in my central unit went out and they made me pay for it. Also any repairs were supposed to be taken care by management and that never happened. They have a lot of teenagers running around peoples yards at all times of the night and basically are just very rude people to do buisness with.
