The community looks amazing and a friend of mine doesn't even live there and they helped her out when she received foster kids with diapers,clothes,baby food a lot of helpful donations because her friend does live there and was talking to the office staff about what happened so they posted it on their Facebook page and have been getting donations. I think the manager and assistant manager are great!!!Â
I look forward to calling this place home! I believe if we come together as a community we can make a difference!Â
I have noticed the management tends to make up the rules as they go along sometimes slapping new charges on your account without notice. Don't expect a 30 day notice for changes to your lease or expect to know how they determine new charges because apparently that’s not part of their modus operandi. One of the few inviting things about this park was that they included water and sewer charges in the rent. The manager is a drunk, lies to you. Is a fraud. Her son is an arsonist, the park is run down no maintenance. People got sick from the dirty pool water. Fences falling apart, very small lots, high rent, and doesn't communicate with you unless it's a complaint. The storm shelters are not maintained and have standing dirty water and debris. The park is full of skunks, rats, and various other wild animals. The neighborhood is loud, partying all night, and leaving trash and beer bottles lying around. This link stated I could get the cost of a one bedroom apartment yet it does not in any way give apartment rates. I have tried several other links also to no avail. All they show is three pictures (not of apartments) and give a phone number. I for prefer to look at the price first and amenities before wasting their time and mine.Â
great place to live close to schools, Wal-Mart and 5 mins. from Tulsa, You can buy a home there or move your home to the park always doing something on the holidays B-B-q's, Halloween , Christmas. great timesÂ
these people will charge you fees for things they have not done things get stolen from the outside and if you want your kids around good kids this is not the place gotta love the parents though that will let their 10 year old spen the night some where without meeting you they go through management every few months always blaming the previous one i would never buy a home here again what a regretÂ
