This manufacturing park raises our rent 50 dollars every year supposedly to do upgrades to the park. We have complained about fixing their roads because they are filled with holes and since I've been here (6 years) nothing has happen. We have change the suspension on our cars 3 times since we been here.Â
I would give zero stars if I could! This place charges over $400 in lot rent for just a single wide, double is more. It goes up every year and besides fixing up the park and putting black tar that looks like a five-year-old did it and a new porch for the front office they say it's to fix the park up but nothing gets done! You want to move but can't afford it have to stay but can't afford it! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!Â

Rent increases constantly, sometimes twice in one year. They say its because of the up keep of the park but yet nothing ever gets fixed. Roads have potholes so deep you can see the rebar. ***** side fence is rotten and most of it has fallen down...when we complain manager says she has fence panels but no one to put them up, so if we want one we have to come get the fence panels and fix the fence ourselves.Water prices just keep going up as well as trash but now they have added a new charge labeling as hauling charge. Everything previous reviewer said is true. Lot rent keeps going but justified by what is supposed to be amenities. Water/sewer rates fluctuating and lied to about why. Dogs running loose and loud music constant and nothing done about it. MOLES will destroy the ground but you will have to pay cost to level your house! No lawn care provided when it should be included in rent. Wished I never moved here...be WARNED!Â
This is the most horrible place to live Poor management. The rent increase $30 every 6 month Eventually change you $200 for water and sewer , this place sucksÂ
