Went as a new patient for a hearing exam. They ran through more tests than we have ever had. We were not given an option on the testing performed. Well, the additional tests were not covered by insurance-surprise, surprise. Additionally, they said they would not submit the new hearing aids for reimbursement from insurance. 'They will not pay it, so you must pay out of pocket.' We went elsewhere and are very happy. No surprises and insurance paid for the new aids!!
