I called this group in the morning and was told the "technician" would arrive between 12-1 and would call before hand. I called at 11:30 inquiring when the technician would arrive. The women on the phone said he's running late and would call me shortly after 12pm. No call. So, I called back and was told he's running late and could be at my house between 4-5pm.
