Dr. Peggy Timm is rude and has no empathy. Dr. Boyd Is not as bad, but I let her cut in line at Walgreens pharmacy and she didn't even say thanks. Their assistant, Lisa told a grieving pet owner whose pet just died there to get over it. I took three dogs there in my life and thank you Lord that the 3rd one now goes to knollwood animal clinic. Peggy Timm will suck up to you if you have a lot of money to spend. Their staff are excellent, except for Lisa, but those two vets are very rude and abusive to clients and their staff.

I love Dr. Timm and Dr. Boyd. They care for my dogs like they’re their own.
Outstanding group! Talented and skilled vets - Dr. Timm and Dr. Boyd - that really get it. And they've performed a miracle or two on one of mine.
