I will never deal with Lakes service or sales again. Purchases a car there a few years ago and had issues with recalls but was told “it was within spec” so could not be repaired. Ended up having to trade in and they took it to another ford dealership and it was fixed without any issues. Not sure what the difference was other than the business. A family member took vehicle there recently (not my choice) but the Women at service center was really rude and snotty with us. Cost of repairs are outrageous. My suggestion to anyone ... read more
