Had a great experience last year when my boat broke down at Kelly's island. We were back at cedar point in 30 min
We had an issue with a dock line wrapping around our prop about five miles north of Sandusky, and after an incredibly brief attempt to move the boat we decided it was better for us and our boat to call for tow. Luckily we reached Jim Kennedy at Tow Boat US (Lake Erie Towing). He and his coworker were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and very very helpful! Very professional and friendly staff! Having to be towed in is stressful but these guys put my mind at ease with the first phone call. Their captain got my passengers and I to the dock quickly and safely.
