I would give zero stars if I could. After the Morgan Wallen concert in Cleveland, we were completely abandoned by our Lake Erie Limousine driver. We were left stranded downtown with no communication, no ride, and no direction - just completely on our own. We paid for a service that promised safe and reliable transportation, and instead, we were left in a vulnerable situation with nowhere to go. Lake Erie Limo was perfect for our wedding! They arrived early to be sure everything was smooth. They followed the schedule to take the bridal party to 4 different locations with ease. The driver was so friendly, fun, kind, and helpful! We felt very safe with his driving. The booking and payment process was an ease as well. Highly recommend!
