I went to Best Buy for a simple purchase and was approached by a Lake Enterprises rep claiming I could upgrade my phone, get a nicer device, and pay less. None of this was true. I was signed into an upgrade I wasn’t eligible for and ended up owing over $1,000 to AT&T. Once they got the sale, they disappeared.
