Receptionist on the phone rude not professional put me on hold in the middle of rescheduling my appointment to help a patient in front of her. Why even answer the phone?
Blake and the entire staff were thoughtful with my condition. Tests were conducted and results were fully explained. A+ FOR SURE
Had initial hearing appointment due to ear bleeding. Jennifer Pollard was very thorough and helpful in treating the problem. I was told to come back in a week to follow up. My copay was $35 for the first visit. For the five minute follow up I had to pay ANOTHER $35!!! Most of my other specialist visits do not charge for follow up. I was very upset about having to pay agsin!!!
