Do not I repeat do not get a Hearing Aid, in Lake, ENT, Hearing Aids, and The villages they are horrible. they do not have aftercare Tri Beltone. You will be much happier. Trust me. Now I know why they have three stars. I just spoke with the most miserable, disinterested woman you could possibly ask for. I'm looking at their website on the Internet, and she contradicted everything. So I'll just go somewhere else.
As a patient of Lake ENT for several years, I appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the office staff at all three locations. I am grateful to Mr. Blake Gelb, APRN, for his professionalism, expertise, and remarkable talent in explaining the ENT issues and thereby motivating my compliance. I am also impressed by the comprehensive and reliable hearing testing conducted in a dedicated high-tech part of the office. I highly recommend Lake ENT.
Can't get in touch with anyone. Keep waiting for them to schedule my surgery for cheek polyp. No one answers the phone and the offices are out of the way.
Lake ENT is a good place to have your hearing tested. It is not a store front seller of hearing aids. My hearing was tested in a professional lab by a qualified technician following which I was given my audiogram. While their qualified personel will consult with you and sell you hearing aids I decided to purchase mine elsewhere.
