Excellent care by both Christine Halvorsen and Dr. Vaught. Dr. Vaught removed a throat lesion and was amazing. And to make the experience even better? The reception staff at the Villages location is simply awesome! Kind, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend the doctor, the NP and the staff!
I called and made an appointment to see a DOCTOR. When I arrived, they gave me to a Nurse Practitioner. I asked for a doctor and they said doctor is only for surgery! -1 star for duplicitous behaviour. -1 star for attitude of NP -0 stars for attitude of rest of staff -3 stars for appropriate testing. -0 stars for in office beauracracy, including NP. Ridiculous establishment. Schedules you for a month out, only to cancel your appt. Then tells you to call them back to reschedule, only to be put on hold for 20 mins everytime, 5 different times. Then tries to schedule you 2 more month's out. Awful customer service, I'll likely be dead by natural causes by the time I get an appt there, if the reason I'm calling about in the first place doesnt take me first. Too busy with all 10 patients they see in a day.
Front desk ladies are amazing and I never say that. Professional and organized and kind. Very clean facility. They offer many services here. Wait wasn’t too long at all. Highly recommend!
I called THREE TIMES today to schedule an appointment. Each time I was immediately put on hold, and never had anyone get back to my call. Well over 5 minutes each time.
