I paid Danny about $10K for a job that was never finished. He was given no less than 5 opportunities to make things right, but after each final date came and went, he never actually did all of the work. He did a little here and a little there, but the job laid out in our contact was never finished. I was offered a meager refund as compensation for his failure to meet his promised deadline 5 times over the course of a year, but he ghosted me when it came time to send the refund. My job was supposed to be done late last summer. I paid in full for the services, but the work still isn't done, and it's now April. I have contacted Danny multiple times to finish the work. He does not answer the phone, and his business voicemail is full. I haven't heard a single word from them since their office girl left last September. Unfortunately it's looking like I'm going to have to hire a lawyer, and/or another company entirely, to get my work finished.
