Literally, don’t believe the good reviews. no one cares about you or how you’re feeling they dismiss your symptoms as something not so important and then you end up feeling worse and then they still don’t really care. You try to be nice to them. They always act rude to you for no reason what you do or how you act and I try to understand them,, because I get things in our personal life are tough or maybe they simply hate their jobs idk. Average experience. The medical staff I interacted with were professional and helpful, but the wait times and administrative process could definitely be improved. It gets the job done for local care, but it’s not the most efficient system.
Older man who works at the reception desk took a scan of my ID without my permission. He asked to see my ID and the next thing I know he's already scanned it. Permission should have been asked. I Googled and found out that it is NOT a requirement Federally to have an ID scanned. I will not be returning and giving my business to this Hospital.
My husband went there over bleeding from rectum was told he had him Roald. Found out he never did he had cancer. This hospital doesn't know what they are doing or doesn't care.
My wife and I just had our baby girl delivered at lake health district. Ill say we have been to 3 other hospitals, much bigger, more staff and more equipment but not one stands up even remotely close to this hospital. The place is clean, welcoming and the most amazing staff! I've been kicked out of almost ever other place because I won't stand for them treating my wife in any way disrespectful that was never the case here.
