The staff here make visiting the dentist almost enjoyable! They are all so kind and accommodating, and Dr. Saini did an incredible job on my new front tooth/veneer. (I can smile heartily again!) I appreciate being able to communicate and get appointment reminders via email, and the quick, on-the-spot benefits processing, too. Top people, and top team!

Best experience ever with the dental clinic, the staff and the dentist Dr Hans Saini was very professional and did a very detailed consultation and didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary procedures. And on top of it he did accommodate me on weekend to his another clinic in Victoria Strongly recommend both locations 👌

I tried this place out as I am relatively new to town and was hoping to find a good dentist close by. I wish I didn't. I was very uncomfortable the whole time the dentist was working. It was the only time I have ever had a dentist insist that I have to have a large plastic object jammed in my mouth the whole time to hold it open. I expressed that I was uncomfortable and was told that I "seemed just fine." There is just something off about this place. Dr Saini lacks confidence and is very timid. I don't feel confident in the dentistry, but there aren't many other options in Lake Cowichan.
