Carmen and her team are the best! They truly care about each patient and take the time to get to the root of issues and help you resolve them! They’ve been such a God send for me, my husband and two kids. Such a special place in Lake Dallas that’s making our community so much better!
Careless, inexperienced medical billing people here. They take your insurance info months in advance but would never call insurance to get answers. They submit any codes they can to get paid doesn't matter if its the right code. When I ask them to resolve, the office staff stated they don't have time to talk to the insurance. So the patient is responsible for giving them the right codes to submit. I thought I found a decent doctors office, extremely disappointing. I gave them a chance to clear up the code issue, 3 months lat... read more

Hands down the best! Carmen is so wonderful, with the absolute best bedside manner I have ever experienced. All the staff is just amazing, and everyone is so happy and KIND! I’ve received the best, thorough care here and will not go anywhere else. I also don’t mind any wait times (I just check emails and catch up on things on my phone), it makes me feel like no one is being rushed in and out of there!
