While the Nurse Practitioner at Lake Dallas Family Medicine is excellent—providing attentive, high-quality patient care—the billing department is a major headache. Because the labs and insurance providers won't deal with patients directly, you are forced to rely on the office staff to fix mistakes. It took over four months of back-and-forth just to resolve a single billing error. Outstanding clinical care, but the administrative side desperately needs to back up their providers with better service.

I've never been a dr. office lover, however, I am now! And have been since I started going here right after they opened. I've referred so many people, because I love them so much! Got my husband & adult daughter going there as well as family members & neighbors! Can't say enough good things about this place! Always thorough, personable and professional!
Love going here and everyone is so friendly and helpful, only doing 4 stars because it takes a week and multiple follow ups for the NP to respond which is annoying
I'm so grateful that I know everyone at Lake Dallas Family Medicine! I've never been so well taken care of at any other doctor's office! Love these ladies!
