Natalie and Tony and Nataly were the best! The communication was great from the start. They quoted us the price and there were no surprises later. We wanted custom doors, particular look and Natalie delivered. They had to get the glass made to order so that took a little longer, but we’re pleased with the results and the service. We could not be happier with our new double doors! Their craftsmanship is superb and very professional. They were most attentive to every detail. When they made commitments and promises they delivered. They made us feel like we were doing them a favor. They genuinely care about pleasing their clients and never seem bothered by anything. And besides, they are some of the nicest, most genuine people we have ever worked with. We would definitely use them again and we recommend them without reservation. We give them 2 up.
We are absolutely thrilled with our Lake Custom Doors! Natalie was truly wonderful to work with. She walked us through all our options and designed our dream doors. She was able to keep our original doorway trim woodwork and matched the wood color perfectly. Tino and Natalie did an amazing install job and the doors fit perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased. We'll be recommending them to any friends who are looking for new doors. 10/10 would recommend.
