I worked with Lake Custom Builders (LCB) and owner Becky Whyte on a full custom lakefront home on Long Lake in Cheboygan, MI, and the experience from November 2021 through completion in December 2023 was exceptional. Lake Custom Builders changed the way I will ever look at going through the trials of building. Communication was open and honest. When changes were requested the request was dealt with a no big deal attitude. All deadlines were met and of course we have been given the White Glove treatment post move. Obviously my highest recommendation goes to Lake Custom Builders!

I had a good experience with this company. I’ve found that most trades people usually leave a mess or tear up the yard when there working, and when they leave you can tell they’ve been there. Not this company. They made sure to treat my property like it was their own and did a great job. I will definitely do business with them again if need be.
