Yesterday February 11th was my first day for my Cardiac Rehab program, prior to that I spoke to Brittany on the phone to see about when I could start, this was doctor ordered, Brittany checked to see if the referral was there, she said it was and had scheduled my first appointment which wasn't until around the end of March, she said things there were busy and they didn't have anything available until then but did say if someone canceled, that she would call me, it was later in the day yesterday that she called and said someo... read more
This program got me on track to be healthier than I’ve been in 20 years. The nurses are professional, skilled and make the experience fun! It was a life changer
I'm extremely satisfied with my cardiac rehab experience. I soon began to notice a difference in the way my body was reacting to the process and how I was able to do many things more easily than before. All the while my strength and endurance increased as well as my breathing being much stronger. It was a difference maker!
This was the best thing I could have ever done after my valve replacement. The nurses are the best and they had my health always first. I had 36 visits with them and I went from hardly working out on the machines , to working without breathing hard. You work out three times a week wearing a heart monitor and they watch you on the monitor and if anything looks wrong they will stop you from working out. They were friendly, helpful and I felt they really cared about helping me improve my health. They were encouraging, and never pushed you more than you were comfortable doing. I would recommend it highly. I enjoyed it and was sorry when my 36 sessions were over.
