I am extremely disappointed with the care my family and I have received at Lake Cumberland Primary Care. Unfortunately, we have had multiple serious issues that have caused delays and unnecessary stress. First, my dad needed hernia surgery and was seeing Dr. Brown. He was sent for a scan, but the office lost the results. It took over three weeks for them to figure out what was going on, which delayed his care by months. Best Dr's office in town
Had been recommended this office by many and things seemed great for my 6.5 week old son until recently. My son was born with a broken clavicle, got an X-ray here to check the healing. They called me the next day telling me his shoulder was dislocated and sent us to Shriners. We go there and they're confused about the whole thing. Bottom line, he doesn't have a shoulder dislocation and never did! I asked the orthopedic surgeon what made them think he did? He had no clue!
