Dr El-Naggar is a great dr and very good at what he does. He is very caring for his patients. He helped me when no one else would. He even did my surgery on a Saturday morning because it was an emergency. Thank God for Dr. El-Naggar.
Looked at my MRI, seen and verified what was causing extreme chronic pain, said can't help you right now , we will take another look in 6 months . Bye. No offers or suggestions for the pain, nothing ... just c ya later , who cares if your in terrible pain , not my problem. Sorry not Sorry , this is the Truth!

They had my brother's appointment last year messed up. And this year they called left a message that due to scheduling conflicts again he's appointment later this year needed to be rescheduled and when I call to talk to someone about it no one answers the phone tried for an hour ridiculous unprofessional and so aggravating
